By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding down payments, cancellations, and other important details.

1. Down payment

– A non-refundable down payment of 30% of the total booking cost is required to confirm your reservation.

– This down payment secures your spot and will be applied to the total cost of your tour.

2. Cancellation policy

If you cancel more than 3 days before the tour start date: You will receive a refund of any amount paid over the 30% down payment.

If you cancel within 3 days of the tour start date: No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation by Krui Trip Indo: If, for any reason, we must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund, including the down payment.

3. DISCLAIMER

Weather conditions: Krui Trip Indo is not responsible for weather-related issues or changes. We will do our best to provide alternative options or adjustments if necessary, but no refunds will be issued for changes due to weather.

Insurance: Krui Trip Indo does not provide travel or health insurance. It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain adequate insurance coverage for their health, belongings, and any activities during the tour.
